Here's some visual concepts for 'The City in The Sea' by Edgar Allan Poe. They comprise of different images layered and composited in Photoshop to create the various shots and compositions i would consider for my final piece. I will then take the successful visualisations and create my concept art from these. At the moment, some stand out more than others, but i still have some more visualisations i'd like to try first. I started off my randomly layering different images and components in Phototshop, but i didn't feel like i was getting anywhere because i didn't know what kind of shots i wanted to use. So i went back to the drawing board and created rough biro sketches of the types of compositions and shots i knew i wanted to try. This meant i was able to create the images below, which have more purpose and actually resemble shots i could possibly use as concepts...
WOW!...JUST WOW :D
