I decided to get stuck into Alchemy today, in particular using mic shapes to see what kind of shapes it would produce based on the amplitude of my voice. Whilst using the graphics tablet to draw, i was whistling into the microphone of my laptop to see what kind of an effect it would have. These are the results of this technique...
Next on the agenda is to try reciting sections of the poem from the Pied Piper, as well as repeating and emphasising on certain words to see what the results are...

Take a look at Elly's blog - and you'll see how he's created a sort of 'spoken' project document, and I was thinking that a similar approach might be a really dynamic means of showing this next stage - i.e. showing clearly how your repetition of words and poem recital has actually generated new shapes in Alchemy - so we hear you, at the same time as we see he resulting shapes - it would be a very self-explanatory way of unpacking your methodology... up for it?
